Put together by local old time musicians and the Surry County Economic Development and Tourism Committee, it will take place on the beautiful campus of Surry Community College in Dobson, North Carolina. There will be contests in old time band as well as individual categories such as fiddle, banjo, and many more. There are also plans to have workshops by local musicians, luthier demonstrations, vendors, and square dances.
